Meditation Study Reports Gene Activity Changes

A new study, reported on a May 2, 2013 article in the New Scientist, finds that meditating just ten to twenty minutes a day for eight weeks can change how your genes activate. Subjects in the study had beneficial changes in genes which, for example, control blood sugar. Learn more about this thought-provoking study.
